Starting his career from the ground up just before the recession in 2008, Niv used the down market as an opportunity to invest in commercial and residential properties throughout Florida at a time when most investors fled. Throughout the years, Niv acquired and managed hundreds of residential and commercial properties — “I believe this has given me an edge over many Realtor® who have not been exposed to the different economic cycles. A native Floridian, he has been part of Florida's real estate growth and is passionate about showcasing how far the state has come.
