Founder, Licensed BrokerWith over 35 years of experience in banking, investments, and real estate, Clotilde has been representing high-net-worth clients throughout her career. A proven risk manager and an experienced treasurer, she has an in-depth understanding of investment vehicles, including equities, bonds, derivatives, alternatives, and foreign exchanges.
Levco Real Estate Group was born from the necessity of high-net-worth clients wanting the same level of precision and quality in their real estate transactions as they receive in other investments. "Being actively involved in banking and real estate investing has made me more aware of market trends in pricing and value strategies compared to agents who are just searching for homes. I like to focus my time on serving client goals rather than just boxing them in on the MLS."
Most recently, Clotilde served as Chief Compliance Officer at CGIS Securities LLC. She previously worked with Morgan Keegan & Company as Vice-President and at 1st United Bank as a senior vice-president, managing the treasury of a billion-dollar bank, directing asset/liability management, and handling FX and fixed income trading. She also managed $100 million in institutional bonds and over $35 million of private clients’ investment portfolios.
